At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only deliver within the UK.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at the earliest so we can assist you.
- Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We will resolve the issue promptly.
If we offer a Click & Collect option, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at our store.
